LCP: Where tradition becomes an authentic experience for the visitor
The Lisbon Cruise Port has once again been transformed into a living stage for our culture through an initiative developed in collaboration with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.
On this occasion, the passengers and crew of the ship Bolette were welcomed by the Rancho Folclórico da Casa do Concelho de Pampilhosa da Serra, a group of around 50 members who brought music, dance, and tradition right to the ship’s gangway.
The performance provided truly special moments, with many visitors joining in the dancing while others captured every detail of this warm welcome. Through this gesture, everyone was able to take away a little more of the Portuguese essence.
This initiative continues the work we have been developing with local partners, as seen recently with the concertina group Os Serranitos, reinforcing our commitment to celebrating our culture and providing authentic experiences to those arriving in Lisbon.
